SHIPPING INFORMATION

URUGUAY

For all UY orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $125.

Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive in 5-10 business days. For "Next Day" and "2nd Day" shipping, your order must be placed by 12:00 PM to ensure next day or 2-day delivery. Shipping cut-off times exclude holidays and weekends. Please note, COVID delays through shipping carriers due to volume and safety precautions could extend the delivery window.

INTERNATIONAL

WOOLWILL offers free standard shipping on all international orders over $200 USD. Shipping rates for orders below $200 USD will vary based on destination and service level.

We also offer international customers the ability to pay for all import costs related to your order so that there are no surprises when your package arrives at your door.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags).

Does not include final sale items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for products in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags). Final Sale items cannot be returned. We currently do not offer exchanges internationally. Please email customercare@woolwill.com to start the return process.

Please note, duties and VAT are not refundable, and international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
